2023 Behavioural Science Week Coordinated by the UN Behavioural Science Group of the UN Innovation Network, the 2023 UN Behavioural Science Week (12 - 16 June) brought together 25 UN Entities that hosted 17 events discussing how behavioural science can help achieve the SDGs. Of particular relevance for this network were the sessions on: Let us know in the Community Lounge if you want a debrief of the 2023 BeSci week. |
Welcome to your space to discuss how behavioural approaches can contribute to our Nature, Climate, Energy and Chemicals and Waste work!
Objective. The overarching aim of this new sub-CoP Environment is to enable UNDP to speak with a coherent voice on how behavioural approaches can contribute to our nature/climate work.
Expected results. By the end of the year, we want to:
1. Map. Complete the great map started by our colleague Roxani Roushas, so we can capture all projects that apply a behavioural approach specifically in our portfolio
2. Consolidate a UNDP narrative. What is our added value as an organization in applying a behavioural approach to influence system transformations in the environment/climate/energy/chemicals spheres?
3. Consolidate the sub-Community as a permanent safe space for learning and co-creation on behavioural approaches for nature/climate/energy/chemicals, unleashing the power of collective intelligence on this issue across the organization
How to engage?
